Important information about the online ticket
The online sale is carried out via the approved and sure system
star ticket, Print at Home. The ticket buyer prints his ticket
after the online purchase at the printer of his own in the A4
format. At the event the A4 ticket must be presented; after a
short electronic control the free exchange into the definite
ticket is carried out. The admission for the WC is granted only
against presentation of the definite ticket.
What does Print at Home mean
Print at Home is a ticketing technology allowing you to print out
your tickets from the Internet either at home, in the office or
wherever you prefer
What is so special about Print at Home?
Print at Home lets you print out your electronic tickets on normal
A4-format paper, either immediately after webshop purchase or
later on from your ticketbox.
How does Print at Home work?
The starticket barcode system makes every single ticket unique.
Each ticket is scanned at the event entrance for validity - and
registered. So copies and forgeries don't work!
How is my ticket checked at the event?
Our tickets are checked and registered by barcode scanner. You
cannot get in more than once with the same ticket.
Are tickets transferable?
The first person to present a ticket is regarded as authorized and
admitted to the event. But sporadic identity checks are also
carried out. So never copy or reproduce tickets in any way, and
never let anyone else do so either. Keep your ticket in a safe
place.
Only buy your ticket through an official starticket sales point.
Never buy tickets from strangers - they might be forgeries.
Tickets are not transferable. Yet, you may buy tickets for friends
at one of the official starticket sales point.
You can buy tickets for friends through one of the official
starticket sales point, although your name will appear on the
ticket.
